But what are you doing when the TOUGH MOMENTS come?

How do you speak to yourself when you don’t follow-through with something you’ve said is so important to you?

Is it different that what you’d say to someone you love, like your daughter, favorite aunt or best friend?

Practicing self-compassion is critical. What I used to say to myself about wearing SPANX was horrible (at 2:20 in the video) I’ve changed that now.
